In the Spring of 2023 Big Ups won a bid launched by Plymouth Culture and High Street Heritage Action Zone to create a light installation to be exhibited in the city centre. Our idea was to produce four neon pieces linked to the original Plymouth plans from 1956 based on Patrick Abercrombie and Paton Watsons’s post-war Plan for Plymouth.
